


A. YELLOW ROUTE 5.8 klm
Starting point from the centre of the village, after passing through the upper neighbourhood, we then enter a path of 800 metres which leads us to Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nicholas).
We continue with direction towards Kontaraina on a dirt road where we will go to the northern part of the village by path. We will then walk through the village heading down slowly towards the south part where after 3.500 metres we will find a restaurant and a cafeteria.
We continue from the road which leads behind Agios Nikolaos and then we will descend towards Vasiliki taking the dirt path in which we took at the beginning of the rout
Positive altitude 220 meters.
B. RED ROUTE 9.8 klm
Starting point from the centre of the village, after passing through the upper neighbourhood we enter a path of 800 metres which leads to Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nicholas).
We continue towards Kontaraina on a dirt road where we will head towards the northern part of the village by path, crossing through the village and then heading uphill towards the right where we will cross the mountain almost in a circle. Along the way we will come across some amazing views of Ammouso beach as we head back to Vasiliki from the
dirt road that connects the village with Agiofili beach after first passing an old path used by the inhabitants of Kontaraina in order to go to the beach.
Towards the end of the route at Agios Gerasimos church we will go right and enter a path where in the last metres we will meet the path from which we passed at the beginning of the route.
Positive altitude 380 meters.
C. Orange route 12 kilometers
Starting point is from the centre of the village and then as we pass through the upper neighbourhood we then enter a path of 800 metres which leads to Agios Nikolaos.
We continue almost the rest of the way on a dirt road where we will first cross to the other side of the mountain and then we will climb to the top. As we start descending we will come across a beautiful view of Cape Lefkatas and then Vasiliki. The view will continue to enchant you as we head towards Vasiliki.
At the church of Saint Gerasimos we will head right where we will pass through a path which joins the two neighbourhoods of the village.
Positive Altitude 470 metres
D. BLUE ROUTE 12.5 KLM
Starting point from the centre of the village where we will pass through the upper neighbourhood entering a path of 800 metres which leads to Saint Nicholas church.
We will then continue through a dirt track where we will pass through the other side of the mountain continuing south where at about 7,500 metres we will reach Ammouso beach (the road two kilometres before the beach is concrete).
Here you can have a break for a swim and there are also restaurants and cafeterias.
We then continue towards Vasiliki by a dirt road and a path where at 10,000 metres we will be at close reach to Agiofili beach.
Here you can have a break for a swim.
Finally we will return to Vasiliki through the dirt road which unites the village with the beach and we will end up at the same point where we started.
Positive altitude 480 metres
E. LIGHT BLUE ROUTE (Mountain Bike) 15 klm
Starting point from the centre of the village, we will work our way towards Agiofili beach through a dirt road where just before we reach it we will turn left uphill towards Kontaraina village.
Before we reach the village we will head right uphill where we will pass through the other side of the mountain and continue right towards south where we will reach Ammouso beach at the 10th kilometre.
(at 2,200 metres before the beach the road is concrete or asphalt)
Here you can have a break for a swim and there are also restaurants and cafeterias.
We continue towards Vasiliki uphill through a dirt road and a downhill path. We will be close to Agiofili beach where of course you can have a break for a swim.
Finally we return back to Vasiliki by a dirt road which unites the village with the beach and then we will end up at the same spot where we started.
Positive altitude 530 metres.
